Details for the Benefit Anniversary Party

Event Time: Doors open at 11 AM and close at 5 PM.

We’re hosting a special fundraiser in memory of Chris Johnson, also known as Chris St. Curtis, who sadly passed away earlier this year. All proceeds from the event will go to support his family. Below are the details for the day:

Tattoo Offerings:

• Halloween-Themed Tattoos:
  We will be offering $50 Halloween-themed tattoos. Please note that these tattoos are cash only.

• Age Requirement:
  In the state of Georgia, you must be 18 or older and provide a valid government-issued ID to get tattooed.

• Flash Previews:
  Follow our Instagram page to see previews of the tattoo designs (flash) that will be available on the day of the event, as well as any updates.

Event Highlights:

• Complimentary Food & Drinks:
  We'll be providing free snacks, soft drinks, and water for all attendees.

• Fun for Kids:
  There will be temporary tattoos available for kids.

• Raffles:

• In addition to offering tattoos, we’re excited to host a special raffle to raise additional funds for Chris’s family. To enter, simply make a $100 donation to Chris's GoFundMe page—there will be a QR code displayed at the event to take you directly to the page. With each donation, you’ll have the chance to win a $500 to $1,000 tattoo session from one of our participating artists! You’ll need to show proof of your donation receipt to enter, and there’s no limit to how many entries you can submit. While you don’t need to be present to win, please note that travel and accommodations are not included.

• Your donation receipt acts as your raffle ticket, and you can email it to appointment@mysticowltattoo.com to start the booking process with our front desk team if you win. Winners will be announced live on Instagram and posted on all our social media channels. The raffle entry cutoff is Saturday, October 12th at 3 PM, with the winners announced the same day at 4 PM.

• The prize is a tattoo session that must be used in full by one person, though it can be gifted to someone else. However, it cannot be split, sold, or refunded, and the winner will have six months to schedule and use their prize. The list of participating artists will be updated soon.

Event Structure:

• Walk-In Only:
  This is a first-come, first-served event. To ensure efficiency, there will be no appointments or reservations for specific artists.

• Capacity:
  Our team will aim to tattoo around 55–60 people throughout the day. Once we reach this limit, we will stop sign-ups to ensure we complete all tattoos before the event ends at 5 PM. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

• Keep in in mind that this is a event for charity, the entire MOT team as well our supporting volunteers, we appreciate your patience as we try to make thing as smooth as possible, the size of the tattoos is predetermined to 2.5"- 3" on average in black in shading only.

Sign-Up Process:

1. Volunteers will greet those waiting in line and begin distributing tattoo release forms in groups of 10 at a time.

2. After completing your paperwork, you’ll enter the lobby and proceed to Station 1 at the front counter, where you will submit your form, ID,and payment to our volunteers,

3. Your ID will be copied onto your paperwork for verification.

Additional Offerings:

• Apparel and Aftercare:
  We’ll have a selection of apparel and tattoo aftercare products available for purchase at Station 2.

• Appointment Bookings:
  If you’d like to schedule an appointment for another time, you can also do this at Station 2.

• Exclusive "Hall of Fame Designs":
  We’re excited to offer exclusive designs from our Mystic Owl artists, available for future appointments at a flat rate. These "Hall of Fame Designs" will be displayed in a special section of the studio. Keep an eye on our social media for updates!
